How to manage your product reviews?
In this guide, we'll take a look at how to take control of the reviews your customers submit after they bought products from your website.
You'll need to manually publish the reviews.
Click Reviews in the sidebar menu. Then kindly click the Manage reviews option.
Search for the review you want to show on your website and click ✅ to approve. The status will change from Pending to Approved
If you want to hide the review, click ❌ to disapprove. The status of the review will change from Pending to Disapproved
