Metafield's value not showing properly on the invoices?

If the metafield value does not show on the invoices after you complete the set up on the Customization, do not worry, keep patient and find a solution in this article.

Case 1


If you edit the metafield value before creating the order, it should reflect correctly on the invoice.

If it doesn't, please double-check the key in the Custom Data settings in Shopify Settings admin.



Case 2


If you edit the metafield value after creating the order, our app currently does not automatically sync this data.

This decision was made to prevent server overload due to the large volume of data from multiple customers.

To address this, please go to Orders page on the sidebar menu on our app and click Sync order button to update the latest information from your order on Shopify Orders.


Then select the orders you want to update information.

After that, please try to print/download the invoices again to check out the metafield's value.
