How to reply reviews?

Acknowledge the time and effort your customers took to provide feedback by posting a reply.

You only can reply to approved reviews.

Click Reviews in the sidebar menu in our app, then click the Manage review option.

Find the product review you'd like to reply to and click 💬 to reply.


Write your reply content and click ▶️.


You are capable of fixing the reply content or deleting it by using the two buttons below.
