How to edit the content of thank you note?
If you're interested in sending personalized thank you notes to your customers (and manually sending invoices) but prefer not to use the default template, you have the option to customize the content.
Here’s how you can do it:
First, navigate to the Automation Email option located on the sidebar menu of our app.
Once in the Automation Email section, find and select the Thank You Note tab.
Look for the Edit button within the Thank You Note tab and click on it. This action will allow you to modify the content.
Here, you can freely change the subject line and the body text of the thank you note to better align with your brand's voice or specific messaging for your customers.
Be sure to click the Save button. This action will ensure that all your changes are securely stored and applied to your future correspondence with customers.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your thank you notes and invoices reflect the unique character of your business and resonate more personally with your customers.
