How to choose time to display Promotion Bar?
Schedule your bar to always display or only display within the following period of time.
Always display: this option allows the promotion bar always appear when the customers access your store web.
Only display within the following period of time
The date and time you choose is based on your local time.
Noted that: The ending date cannot set before the beginning date; and vice versa, the beginning date cannot set after the ending date.
For example: if your ending date is September 4th, you cannot select September 5th as the beginning date.
